A brief history:
Founded in March 2019, McLean Cleans Laundrette began as a small cleaning business managing just three holiday lets. Laundry was initially done in a garden shed! By January 2023, we expanded our services and opened our laundrette, driven by a mission to provide high-quality laundry services to Whitby and the surrounding areas.
Recognising the demand for linen hire, we also began offering premium linen rentals to hotels, holiday homes, bed and breakfasts, lodges and more.
At McLean Cleans, we pride ourselves on delivering a personal touch with every service and ensuring your laundry not only feels fresh but smells incredible. We're committed to making sure every client receives top-notch care and results.

Located in the famous seaside town of Whitby, McLean Cleans Laundrette has always been a locally owned and operated business. We serve from Guisborough to Flixton and all the places inbetween, with the flexibilty of delivering on various days and time slots.
Our team is experienced and complete various training programs to ensure there skills are up to date. Apart from invaluable experience and complete knowledge of the laundering process, they understand the individual needs of each customer and will endeavour to accommodate any unique requests that are made by existing and new customers.
